putting my tower case behind the monitor

guys just want to ask if it is okay to put my tower case right directly behind my monitor in my computer table? as im spaciously challenge right now in my room.. is there any cons of doing this? thanks guys

None if the intake and exhaust are not blocked..

Better yet.. Build something like a platform that rises above the monitor, put the computer there to save space... Also if you can.. Modify the power switch with an extended cable that can be placed on your desk.

what you suggest should work fine , you may also consider putting your case on the floor under your desk or mounting your monitor if it is a flatscreen on the wall , you have quite a few options
