[SOLVED] Putting PC back to factory mode but with Windows 10 still installed

Hi, I'm looking to reset my computer to factory mode but to keep Windows 10 which it came with. So basically when I got the computer it was ready to go with Windows 10, that's the point I'm looking to get back to due to performance issues recently. Due to not having an installation disk or a usb with Windows on it. I've seen videos and other answers showing how to factory reset, but not without removing Windows too. I'm very untechy. Searched about a bit to no avail, so sorry if this has been posted before. Thanks ahead.

If you bought your computer "off the shelf" with windows 10 - it should have a recovery partition to work from. So a Windows Reset should work and it will effectively reinstall your OS using your recovery.

Just remember to do it through the reset option already inbuilt on your windows.
