Putting PCI Slot Covers Back in Possible?

First time builder here, I have just a question that I can't seem to find the exact answer to anywhere. You know the PCI covers that cover the PCI slots...I removed more than was ultimately necessary, is it possible to put the removed slots back in? If so how?

Screw them in. Or buy plates that you can screw in
