putting radiator to a case

I am planning to put a cooling system to my pc but im not sure if it will be compatible with my Aerocool v3x advance

it just might be possible, but it would require modifying your case. Unfortunately, I am not familiar enough with that case to know if modifying it to do so is even feasible.
