Putting together PC for parent and I need help, I have a list of pieces and need your input on things I should replace and if I am missing (I know there isn't a GPU in list), also if I would need any cables that don't come with items. He currently has an old mac and wants something fast to do things like storing pictures, browsing internet, and other everyday necessities. I have an old GTX 650 I might put in PC because I don't think he will be needing something top end for GPU

(Everything on wishlist is for PC)

Also if you have a completely different build go ahead and list it, I am bad at finding parts because I get super bored

Few words.

Removed the i5-6600K since K-series is for overclocking. Put in a solid i5-6500 that is perfect for desktop work.
CPU doesn't need a dedicated CPU cooler since it comes with stock Intel cooler.
Added HDD for extra storage and replaced the PSU (you don't need 650W on this build, 500W is more than enough).
As far as GPU goes, for desktop use, the onboard graphics can be used that comes with CPU (Intel HD 530). But your GTX 650 is better than onboard graphics.

I recommend a smaller SSD for just the OS and some light programs, all the storage is to the HDD. That monitor looks pretty good too.
