Hello guys , I wanted to share this tip that could help many people out here.
My gaming PC is this: (10600k no OC/ 2060S ventus No OC/ 1*8 GB 3200 CL16 RAM / 256 M.2 SSD / 850 Gold PSU) . I almost only play online FPS on low graphics 1080p/144hz screen uncapped FPS, seeking for at least stable 144 FPS .. Now its Apex Legends.
So my frames were way below what they supposed to be when with my this GPU. In open fields I have 100 to 140 FPS (120 average). It should be way over 150 when you look in reviews. CPU and GPU usage are 50 to 60 % . Temps and frequencies are at max all time. RAM usage is 6000 MB. FPS uncapped . SSD half empy. Nothing running at the back. Here is some gameplay in this video:

Nothing looks holding back both my CPU and GPU. I started looking towards the PSU , but it was brand new and it didn't show any signs of disfunction. Thought it was a faulty GC , but again, I did some benchmarks (timespy) and results looked comparable to other people's 2060s. I reinstalled drivers / game / windows nothing worked.
So I started to look towards RAM, although there was no obvious reason ( Had 2000 MB free already). PPL said that Dual Channel Memory can win you extra FPS (others disagree) so I bought a pair of 8 GB /3200 RAM instead of my single stick . It was like I upgraded my GPU...
GPU usage is now at 96% . average FPS in open field is 180 (150-250). RAM usage jumped to 8000 MB . It was working like it should do .. You can witness with your own eyes

So finally , I'm not sure if GPU was held back because of RAM amount or Single Channel memory . The latter looks more plausible since 8GB is the amount recommended by APEX.
Anyway , hope this post helps any of you who has a similar problem , and sorry for my bad english.
