PVC Change itself!?

Hello guys,

I have TP-Link TDW8961N V2,and my PVC 2 will change randomly to PVC 0,and it also change the VCI/VPI too...my Country use 0/35 which is on PVC2...It happen randomly after few weeks,and im starting to get freakin mad...fck me......
