Hello everybody, i have some.. euh.. logistic problem. I don't know if a lot of people know TSE but i can't imagine to be the only one who use it.
When you configure a TSE client, you can make a session icon with specific information. You put the connexion's Name, the server's name. If you want a automatic connection, you can type the User name, Domain Name and Pwd in " Hard " on this Icon.
Does it exist a method to synchonize the pwd on this Icon with the PDC?
or maybe, does it exist a method to pass the Login name and the pwd from the current session to this Icon?
Because, when the user log in the morning, he must log localy on the Domain, after , he log for the TSE session.... and after he log on the Oracle Database....
We don't use TSE as a Dumb terminal. We use it only to access Oracle.
Metaframe 1.8 , a product for the Terminal Services on W2K offert some " Pass through " login feature, but we can't take it for 2 reasons
1- it's too expensive
2- It's on W2K
Can you help me? I search a workaround to " flush " this repetitive connexion.
I know this is primary a Hardware Forum but, i had search everywhere with no success...
Thx in advance.
