PWM hub fan

I have the "Enthoo Evolv atx tempered glass case," and a "Asus Maximus rog viii hero." My case has 3 pre-installed fans that connect to a hub labeling fan1-6. Fan 1 has a white 3 pin connect, rest of the fans have black 3 pins. Also, a 4 pin that the Manuel says has to be plugged into the Cpu fan on the motherboard. My question is, how would I be able to control the fans without them being connected to the motherboard? Also, where would I plug my "CPU cooler hyper evo 212" at? Could I take the pwn hub out and just connect my 3 fans to the motherboard? Again, 3 pin for fans and 4 pin for a plug that get plugged into my CPU fan on motherboard.

Solution
Nevermind, I have figured it out. My MoBo chan_fans header truely supports PWM so I don't need to plug 4 pin into 4 pin CPU fan_header. Anyone else stuck on this, I'll explain more. From your hub connect the 4 pin to any 4 pin chan_fan header. Just plug the CPU cooler into the CPU_fan header. Plug fans into hub, unless they already are! Just make sure one fan is plugged into the colored one though(mine was white). This will give you the ability to see the speed of that one fan, but not the others. All fans will run at identical if not the same speeds as well, obviously a set of the same brand fans and size would run the same. Also, don't forget to plug sata cable from hub to sata output on psu You can configure in bios. So you didn't...

Question from Gti-Guy : "Help me please!!"

Hello, today we will be teaching me more about PWM fans. So, my MoBo has 6.fan headers. 1 CPU fan, 1 cpu opt, 1w pump, and 3 (4pin)chan fans. With that being said; my case has a hub with three stock identical fans connected into it with 3 pin. One of the things are white that the 3 pin would plug into. I also have a sata cable for power supply plugged into the hub, as well for a 4 pin connector; the case was sent to me like this. "Phanteks Enthoo Evolv tmprd glass." Anyways, the 4 pin that is connected into the hub along with the other fans directly tells me to plug the 4 pin into the CPU fan header. Would I keep my 3pin fans plugged into the hub, then plug the 4pin into the CPU fan while keeping a fan plugged into the white thing on the hub????? Not done yet, I have a hyper evo 212 (4 pin) that still needs a place to be plugged in. Would I plug that cooler into cpu opt? Would that still run off of temp instead of voltage? Or should I just take that hub out and connect the fans (3pins) directly to the MoBo chan fan headers and call it a day? Also, could the CPU fan header handle all 3 of my stock phantek fans or would I have to buy a y connector? I honestly just want to plug the 3 pin fans into the 4 pin chan fan since my Asus Rog maximus viii hero would support 3 pin as well. Could I still adjust the fan speed in bios if I did that though? Please explain and help, I really want to learn more.

Question from Gti-Guy : "Asus Rog maximus"

Just curious as to if running 3 fans on 1 hub without a y connector ok? That's why they include a Sata cable correct?

I haven't installed anything yet, but from hours of research and finding the right forum on here; almost certain I'm correct with what I just stated.
