PWM Hub problem (or cable)?

Hello community!

I recently got a Phanteks Enthoo Primo, and today I managed to transfer my components.

Everything was fine except that the fans are not spininng! (only the CPU one is)

The case has a PWM hub, with a SATA 12V Power input and a 4-pin Motherboard CPU_Fan.

I connected both and the fans are not spinning(it gives POST CPU Fan Error)

After a few tries I thought hey, it may be the Sata cable that is not working so I tried to put it in the HDD then the PWM and the computer wouldn`t start AT ALL!. I removed the power cable and reverted the HDD to it`s normal sata and now everything works fine, except for the fans.

What do you think? Is the Sata cable broken? At this stage I`m afraid to try anything...

Thank you for reading,

Alex

Update to the situation.

I disconected the HUB and connected another one that I had laying arround on a random MB 4-pin slot with 3 vents in it, and they work!(this one does not have a SATA power input)

So is the thing broken? What should I do? Try it in the slot that the other one works?

By the way, I left one vent in it(in the Phantex PWM hub) and started the computer, with the 4-pin in the CPU Fan Opt and the Sata power connected and it started but it made some noise like it struggled to stay on.. what do you think could be the problem? A bad piece?

Thank you,

Alex
