That's just a software (or mouse driver?) made by PixArt Imaging Inc., a company that makes image sensors (also used in mouses). I bought a new mouse with a sensor made by that company, and that came up in my task manager. There's no harm.
If you google "pximouse" the first 3 results are of Reddit, some forum site, and Linustechtips forums, each containing s thread similar to this. All 3 have explainations for this, along with suggesting uploading the exe file to virustotal.com . To sum everything up, it's a Windows program that apparently has something to do with certain mice, and is harmless.

Thanks for your reply, in my country i cant access reddit forum cuz its blocked by government, n linustechtips i alr read it but still cant understand so im ask in this forum, if i want to uninstal this pximouse how to do that, im alr check in installed program(windows update) but cant find this pximouse.

exactly, this is some kind of mouse driver or mouse helper. I have a brand new machine with a fresh install of windows 10, and it didn't have this driver. I have a mouse made by MSI (specifically DS B1), and as soon as I plugged it into the machine, TiltWheelMouse.exe gets installed and an autorun entry is created so it runs on logon. You can disable the startup of this software in the task manager startup tab.

I'm not sure what effect this software has but it seems like any mouse that uses Pix Art optical sensors will have this software installed automatically during plug and play

pximouse showed up in the startup on my laptop when I plugged a iHome brand mouse in and it installed the software. I don't use that mouse anymore but the software still starts up and runs. It is harmless but I don't need it running. I disabled it using Glary Utilities but I will also try to uninstall it. It will always reinstall if I decide to use that mouse again. Here is an article on how to disable it if you don't have a good startup manager: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ouse-and/08d696a9-a620-4ddb-82ac-28b43c5143bf Cheers, all!
