Python.exe (version 3.7.1) giving 0Xc0000005 error in Windows 7, 64 bit

I've been troubleshooting it for days actually using google, started with some dll error as far as I recall, I kept on downloading & inserting those dll files in the C:\Windows\System32 folder (must have done it around 6 -9 times & now finally it gave the 0Xc0000005 error.

Well, i downloaded python again 7 trying reinstalling it again, this time the exe installer(previously it was the zip file)..it said i need to upgrade to windows 7 SP1 & all applicable updates

so upgrade to sp1 and all updates and it will work. i have no problems with it anywhere. downloading dlls is a great way to get ransomware and stuff. good luck. I would clean install and update. then install python. you have a god-knows-what windows environment now.
