Question PZ Food items issue ?

So I've been noticing recently while I'm playing Project Zomboid, I'll be eating to get to full, and when you're not supposed to eat any further, it just lets me keep eating. It's not that big of a problem since I don't eat barely anything past 1 month in, but it bothers me a lot. It seems to occur on day 2 or so and I can't find a way to reverse it after that. It could be from the 30 or so mods that I'm using that's breaking it, but I don't know which one. I think it might be the Manual Transmissions Mod that I have since it's the only recent mod that I installed that I had to mess around with the game files. It changed the folder "zombie" does anyone know what the purpose is for this folder, just to confirm if it's the problem or not?

Remove mods one at a time until you figure out which one is causing it. Seems pretty simply and straight forward to me.
