Question Q code 03

I have a asus z790 e gaming wifi and the first 3 boots i get a q code 03 the manual says its entering s3 sleep state. Once i am able to get into windows the system is stable and it will boot every time for the rest of the day, until the next morning where the problems comeback. Any help would appreciated. Thank you!

I just click the shut down button in the start menu.

Do you wait until the system has completely shutdown before turning off any power sources?

At the Command Prompt run "powercfg /list" (without quotes).
