Q Code 55 Maximus X Hero

I have a Maximus X Hero AC WIFI and I got a q code 55. In manual it states ram is missing. I made sure ram was places correctly but I'm still getting q code 55 and no post. The ram I have is GSkill trident rgn 3400mhz 16GB.

if the mb has asus usb flashback port update the bios see if it an old bios. make sure your cpu chip is locked in fine and the cooler not crushing it. try one ram stick see if it post.

I got it to post with 1 stick it is now 8 ghar ddr4 2133
