Hello, I just got a new PC (with some of my old pc parts) and suddenly I've got this Q-Code 93 PCI Bus Hot Plug Controller Initialization.
The PC won't start at first (the bios pops up and won't boot into windows 10) but after I reset it it boots normally.
What can i do to fix this issue?
Every driver is up to date, the bios version is 211.
Nothing is OC-d the ram is at the default 2133MHz.
The SSD was formatted before installing Windows 10 on it.

Motherboard: Asus Rog Crosshair VIII Extreme (NEW)
CPU: Ryzen 9 5950X (NEW)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 Chromax Black (NEW)
VGA: MSI GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 (GTX 1650 GAMING X 4G) (OLD)
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 4400MHz F4-4400C18D-16GTZR (NEW)
SSD: Corsair Force LS SSD (120GB) - this has Windows on it. (OLD)
HDD: Western Digital Gold 1 TB WDC WD2005FBYZ-01YCBB3 (NEW)
PSU: Seasonic Prime TX 1000W (NEW)
