Question Q code 97 with Asus Z87 Deluxe ?

I have Asus Z87 Deluxe which was working fine with the iGPU of the i5-4570 and AMD 7470 dGPU.

I upgraded the dGPU to a Gigabyte RX 470 and it's working fine with two other motherboards (gigabyte g41 and an HP oem case)

With my motherboard I get q code 97 at POST.
The RX 470 works in the brown PCIe slot but at x8 and I need it to work in the top PCIe slot.


What I have tried with no luck :

• Clearing CMOS
• Reinstalling RAM
• Removing all storage devices

My specs:

CPU: i5-4570

RAM: 10GB

PSU : Zalman 700 watt

OS: Windows 10 LTSC
