Cannot boot after F1 code A2, code now A9 black screen.

F1 is Recovery condition triggered by user (Forced recovery)
A2 is IDE Detect
A9 is start of setup

Asus X99--10G WS
Intel i7 6950X 3ghz
2x Aorus Geforce GTX 1080 Ti
2 sparated watercooling systems
non OS yet.
came up to A2 with screen telling F1 to enter, Than black screen and A9

Any update on this? I'm running the same Mobo and CPU, 3x RTX 2080Ti cards, supernova 1600 psu. Was running with 6850K CPU and no other changes.
Asus compatibility doc indicates CPU is supported.

Currently sticking on Q-Code 68, "PCI Host Bridge Initialization" - VGA Diag light is on.

No known changes to PCI components during CPU swap. Tried resetting BIOs and MEM initialization buttons.

Never mind, it was a bad CPU. Dropped in another one and it worked.
