Question Q-flash cannot read updates

I am trying to update my AORUS x870 Elite Bios, but Q-Flash is not reading my USB. I have tried 3 different USB Drives 128MB, 8Gb and 32GB all formatted with FAT32. Tried using it in USB 2.0 and 3.0, but keep getting the same Message "Q-Flash unable to read file." I've never encountered this problem before, been building systems for years! Does anyone else have the same problem with AORUS?

the motherboard you're working with?

If so, the board has a dedicated USB port that's meant to be used in tandem with the Q-Flash Plus button;

Insert the USB drive that's formatted in FAT32, with the BIOS file renamed as gigabyte.bin into the red USB labelled BIOS USB3.2, located next to the S/PDIF optical output port. If the image doesn't show up for you, refer to your motherboard manual;
