[SOLVED] Q-Flash to update bios

I recently bought
Motherboard: Gigabyte A320M-S2H rev 1.1
with amd ryzen 5 3600x processor.

The PC powers on but does not post

Is it possible to update the bios using q-flash utility even when the system does not post?
I have the cpu installed with everything else (memory, gpu, hdd etc..)
