q flash utulity

Hello,
When I turned on the computer went out the window of Q-Flash Utility v2.21 and do not know what steps to take.
I would appreciate any help in this regard, it is urgent.

Can you rephrase that question? It doesn't really make any sense. If you aren't trying to update your bios, just exit out of qflash and let the computer reboot into windows.

I just wanted to know if it was important to update it or not.

Check the description for the bios. It will usually say what changes/fixes there are. If you think it will fix a current issue you are having then go ahead and update the bios, otherwise you can leave it alone.
