I think your best bet would be the mappacks that come with the Q3
Generations mod. You can find it at

Also, the Custom Quake 3 mod has some great converted maps. On a
personal note: the Q2DM1 ("The Edge") that comes along with it, is the
best! Pick it up at http://cq3.nothing.cc/
