What utility are you using to read the temps?
Are those Core temps or Tcase?
Are you sure you're maxing all 4 cores? some versions of Prime/Orthos only stress 2. You can check to make sure all the cores are used with the ctrl-alt-del activity monitor
My voltage in bios is set to 1.525, but for some reason its only getting 1.456? Maybe i need bigger psu?
I run with the side panel off 2 120mm fans...maybe i was only stressing 2 cores? I ran Prime for 16+ hours
Does 3dmark stress all cores?

You'll definitely want to check your temps using the latest beta of Prime95...
does someone have a link...it will automatically run one instance per core.
Like I said, Ctrl-alt-del during your test and bring up the activity monitor....check out the processor cores and see if they are all maxing out.
And no 3dmark is not as intensive.
You also might want to consider that running with the panel off is not always the best thing. Sometimes you can get more stable temperatures if you close it. (You can more easily affect air currents and drive away heat in a confined space than a larger open airspace)
that's alot of voltage, but if your temps are really fine it's not a problem....does the system become unstable if you use less?
Your results are very nice, I just want you to be sure everything is measured correctly so that you're not unwittingly melting your rig
what a bunch of rookies.........q6600 g0 3.6 gigabyte mobo water cooled vcore 1.356, full load 43c , idle 37c , ballistix tracer 800mhz 4 gigs ufo case....yall need to get it together q6600 has so much potential, you need help hit me up, air cooled sucks, get water if you want good temps and preserve the life of the processor..
