Q6600 and Windows 10 64 bit

CPU quad core Q6600 2.4 GHz (LGA 775), with P4M890 chipset and Southbridge VT8237A, and 3 GB of RAM, can support 64-bit Windows 10?
I think to increase ram.
The CPU supports EM64T.
