please help me ,sorry for my bad English!!!!
thanks in advance

you could probably get that atleast up to 2.6 GHz with what you have. It would help a lot if you got a better cooler or mobo, but your system should be able to handle it.

Hi,

Try this Q6600 @ 3.1 rock stable

raise CPU voltage to 1.3125v
set fsb to 345 * 9 = 3108
memory @690
add +0.15 to your mem voltage / mine is 1.95v (1.8+0.15)
disable hyperpath3
keep other on auto
OC ratio 1:1

check the temperatures,
stock cooler should be good enough...

Let me know how it goes<

thanks guys i will try your way satenciatko but
i over clocked my CPU now to 3.0
and when i open CPU-Z i find the multiplier not stable sometimes it be 6 and sometimes its 9
so the core speed some times is 333*6 = 2 Ghz and some times 333*9= 3 Ghz i dunno what is that, should it be like this and when there's stress it become 9 !!!!!!! thanks in advance

i set every thing to default and the weird thing that i find the multiplier still changing !!!!!!! is it the normal thing or there's a problem in my CPU please help mee !!!!

you are welcome....enjoy your 30%+ overclock.

you can go higher, but in that case I would recommend new cooler...

I found 3.1 as pretty good overclock ...

going up means higher watt consumption, more heat...
