Q6600 Stock cooler

I have a Core 2 quad processor Q6600 @ 2.4 Ghz .
I want to overclock using stock cooler and CPU fan speed is 2000RPM at MAX.
Iwnt to increse fan speed to 4000Rpm how can i make it by any software.
I want to change case fan speeds to 200% they are running at 100% of 2500RPM they are 3 pin molex connectors, please help me to run atleast 4000RPM and 1200mm to 3000 Rpm

Your fans if overvolted would be very noisy for a short time before they became totally silent. Either spend some money on decent cooling or don't overclock.

Assuming that you have a decent case with good airflow, the practical limit of a Q6600 with the stock Intel HSF is about 3.0 GHz.
