Q6600 temps

Hi, i have a 680i A2, stock speed Q6600, zalman 9700 with as5 and a cm690 with all 7 fans installed, i got all last year, around this date, i remember last year, playing with my volts, put my q6600 to 1.10 vcore, (1.06 in cpu-z), and it was stable and got temps of 25~30 ºC on idle, 40 tops on full load with prime95. ambient temp around 20 ºC, all winter and spring that was my temps, in the summer they did go up to 38~42 idle, besides that my a/c is always on and to 23ºC. now is the same ambient temps here of 15~20 ºC and the idle temps dont go down, they stayed on 38~42 idle and 55 full load, even with the a/c on. i have reseated my 9700, reapplied as5, put another fan on the drive bays of the cm690 even purchased artic clean to reapply the tim, and nothing could make the temp go to the 25~30 of last year. cpu is not overclocked, temps with coretemp 0.99.3. maybe my zalman is diying or the proc?

anybody got an idea?

Even if they aren't as good as before, load temps of 55c are good.
