When I was looking which to buy of these 2 , they were same.
So same thing q6600 or q8200 but keep in mind that you can overclock q6600 very well !

I'd say q6600, They seem very reliable and they last forever from what I've seen and yeah they can overclock extremely far.

really but how far can i go with the stock cooler on the q6600 and what is the max temp wich is allowed?

With a stock cooler it should overclock decently, the q6600 has so much headroom, I'd say don't let your CPU go above 80c under load while testing in aida64 or prime95. IF you really wan't to get the baby overclocked maybe invest in a decent aftermarket cooler like a Cryorig h7 or a 212 evo.
