Q8200 OC help to reduce bottleneck for a GTX560 please

Hey,

I have an Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.3ghz (stock) with a HyperTX3 cooler on it - Sat on an ASUS P5QL PRO mobo.
Think i'm using generic 800mhz DDR2 (4x2gb) they are paired. It's powered by a 550watt H.E.S. PSU.
I know my way round most things windows based and the bios but as for messing with it.... I haven't a clue.
Can anyone point a novice in the right direction with an OC please?

- The motivation for this OC is to reduce a bottleneck if i introduce MSI GTX 560 ti frozn II graphics card for Battlefield 3.

biggest boost i can imagine would be to run FSB ratio at 1:2, put cpu fsb to 400, increase voltage, turn off heat management stuff. you can see a list of details here:

it will be hard and dangerous to reach 400, but in principle if u can reach it, it would give u the best outcome, would require some good cooling
