[SOLVED] Q8300 in zeb g41 d3 motherboard?

Hi,
i am having a processor as spare which is Q8300 Core 2 Quad (@2.50ghz,fsb-1333mhz)
and i am using motherboard - zebronics zeb g41 d3 (no overclocking cpu option in ami bios only ram frequency change in overclock section)
6gb ram ddr3 @533mhz in dual (having ram frequency option uptill 1333mhz but set to auto)
Current processor - core 2 duo e7600 @3.06Ghz
500gb hdd seagate 7200rpm
gt 1030 2gb graphic card
450watt psu zebronics
bios - ami bios
Question - will q8300 work in my motherboard?
for help - my motherboard manual says cpu supported - core 2 quad / core 2 duo / pentium dual core ...
but it does not says anything about max processor tdp and max cpu fsb support and NO TDP CHANGE OPTION IN BIOS.
Ram Frequency Support as per motherboard manual - 1066mhz/800mhz.

So looking at chipset on motherboard - G41
According to the list here it should support the Q8300

Yes it should, but you will be sacrificing some single thread performance for the additional cores:

Also, if your cooler is only for a 65w processor you will need one for a 95w processor or the fan will run at 100%. Personally, I just run all my fans at 100% and that usually allows a 95w processor to run on a 65w heatsink as long as the heatsink isn't cheap and marginal.
