Q8300 Temp Question

What is a good temperature for the Core 2 Quad Q8300 at stock 2.5 GHZ? When I play Quake Live, it gets up to 46 in one of the cores according to Speedfan. Is this a good temp for it to be at under some medium load?

46 deg is nothing to worry about. Not sure how 'normal' that is compared to other Q8300s but I know it is nowhere near dangerous.
