Dvd drive: 1xdvd drive
gpu : zotac gtx 650 ti 1 gb 128 bit
1x avermedia internal tv tuner card
os: windows 8.1
psu: seasonic ss400bt

i want to buy quad core Q8400

my 400 w psu specs:

will q8400 will run on my ss400bt psu?
i heared that q8400 draws 140w during load
and at idle it is 95w

will my psu be enough
even if i upgrade my hardrive or gpu etc. ?

You have a socket 775 pentium... your cpu will definitely bottleneck a gtx 760
