I'd leave it where it's at as long as your FSB:RAM multiplier is still running your RAM at the correct/advertised speed. Other than that, it's perfectly safe where it's at.
I think its fine at 70CNo problem, just check the temperatures under full load (do a stress test in cpu-z in bench tab if you don't have prime95 or orthos64)
