MB: Asus P5E 64WS Evo, CPU: Q9550, RAM: 8 GB, OS: Win7/Win10. Wjat to use for virtualisation? HyperV, VMWare and VirtualBox dont work. I need at least 2 VMs what to do which software?
Why do you say Vm or Virtual Box do not work ? do you get an error ? Also what are you attempting to virtualise (what operating system?)
I am asking because I have a Duo Core 2 Q9400 on Asus P5QL/EPU 8GB DDR2 and I Run windows 10 on it with Virtual Box and various OS on it, what is the issue?
HyperV throw up million different errors including CPU dont support virtualisation... VirtualBox Just dont boot, VMWare i cant remember. On other forums says that CPU dont support virtualisation but it is not true. I use Win7/Win10 as a guest system. Same problem no matter is host OS W7/W10.

Can you tell me please which version of VBox you using?
As .iso I used .iso which I installed more than 15-20 times, from USB preparing it wiht rufus, so .iso is 100% fine.
HyperV enabled in CP. What to do, any suggestions???
as far as your ISo set up I can see your using incorrect settings to access the ISo itself as a cdrom
use these only time I ever used PIIX4 and use the Host IO cache was to run a MacOSX on Win Host.

Allready enabled. I managed to boot Ubuntu in VBox, but with Hyper-V no luck. I need to test other .iso-s. brb with results.
Tested different .ISO-s and result is next:
Ubuntu booth 16 & 18 x64:
Vbox - VmWare - HyperV
Yes - Yes - No
Win7 & Win10 x64/86:
Vbox - VmWare - HyperV
No - No - No
There is probably problems with win .iso but Ubuntu in Hyper-V?

Hi, I managed to run W7 x64, Win Server, and Ubuntu, but the problem is next: VBox "subnet" or whatever VM, and I cant access simple webserver ( hosting only one simple API ). I can not even access it via direct entering public IP. VM is in "subnet" or whatever. Host OS is in LAN 192.168.100.10 ( assigned static IP ), VM is 10.0.0.1 and VBox says it is in NAT, what do I need to change so VMs can share folders and communicate between them?. Which settings did you use to configure it to use same IP or can I set direct passthrough of seconf NIC directly to VM[b? And how did you resolve driver for LAN card since w10 support only 100 MBPS, on these boards. W10 Gigabt driver dont exist for these MOBO, only for W7? Thank you
