actually i didnt buy psu yet.if i can use gtx960 i can buy 500w or higher.buy im afraid about bottleneck.the 960 is the strongest of those options. but look close since most of them needed at least a 6-pin pcie for power. your 400w psu may not be up to the task, making the 950 probably a better choice with that psu.

like i said i didnt buy psu yet.im ambivalenthave a friend who still use a 960 to play steam games and ps4 games. It's a good gpu.
but if your psu does not have the connectors for 960. You can also go with the 1050ti, it does not need any external power, and is also a good gpu.

i dont want to play newer game like elden ring but i want to use good computer and i want to play games with my friends without bottleneck.i hopu u understand me.u said my psu wont be enough right?i do not know what to expect on newer games with that set-up. i had a q6600 with an r9-270 (roughly the same as a 1050ti) that had no problem at low settings at 1080p, but i also did not play those games you are asking about.
