[SOLVED] qbittorrent keeps stalling and losing peers ?

Hi, its been more than a week when downloads starts at my max speed and stay like that for a minute or two
then eventually the peers starts to disappear and the download speed drops until it stops
but when i delete the file from the client and reopen it again, the download would continue just fine at my max speed but again only for few minutes and then stops again
so i have to keep reopening the files in able to complete the download, if i didn't do so it won't continue even if it left for hours

I tried so much reinstalling and restarting and deleting antivirus and malwarebytes with no luck
i tried deleting the files that save the settings in: C:\Users\<profile_name>\AppData\Roaming\qBittorrent
but it didn't work, i'm using the latest version of qbittorrent V4.3.2 in the latest version of windows 10 pro 20H2

what are you try to torrent? probably don't have enough seed, or that your isp is throttling
