Question QCode 99 + Green LED on Z590-E

Hi
New Asus Z590-E with 11700, 960 Pro 1TB on m2_1 slot.

Always locked here, no key works, but ctrl+alt+del which restarts, all other keys not responding.

Keyboard is Logi K650 with Logi Bolt.

Have you tried spamming the Del key on the keyboard to get into BIOS soon after powering up the system? Try and work with a wired keyboard instead.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

you're currently on BIOS version 0232, the latest is 2302. Use this guide;
