heya all recently i upgraded my cpu cooler from air to watercooling and im very happy with it my cpu is a intel core i7 2600k OCed at 4.5 ghz now with the watercooling my temps dropped 15 to 20 degree celcius compared to the air cooler the coolermaster v8 but since i got my watercooling i also noticed my gpu temperature has dropped between 8 tot 10 degree celcius is this because of my watercooling? if u need to know my gpu is a evga gtx 780 FTW edition

Sorry, I was busy and said that in a hurry, no 72C is not max for your CPU, it's actually maximum allowed on the IHS, the maximum temperature for your CPU is 98C, at 95C it starts throttling.
Sorry for my mistake.
I would say it is because, air cooling has fans that are not outside the case, which means they are blowing the hot air from the CPU in the case.
The watercooling only has the block on the CPU and the radiator and fans are somewhere near the edges of the case, closer to the outside, they are probably blowing to the outside.
Lowe case temperature, lower GPU temperature.
