[SOLVED] Qflash only showing floppy

I really have to update bios but the qflash is not showing my usb but floppy when I don't even have floppy connected
Pls help

What motherboard?
Why are you updating the BIOS?
At what point did you deviate from the manufacturers explicit instructions?

Actually, make sure the Legacy USB setting is enabled, then make certain that the USB Flash drive is formatted as FAT16, put the file in the root of the USB drive, and make sure it's plugged into a USB2.0 port.

What does that mean?I alr put the bios file in the usb
