Question Qflashed bios fail Gigabyte mobo

i have the worst luck when it comes to bios flashing. 2nd mobo ive failed at.

GA. z170x. ud3.ultra (rev.1)
intel i7 7700k cpu
Gskillz Ram 2@2133
small 350 W dell psu
Samsung 860 evo 250gb ssd .

So the mobo powers up i see the onboard led lights up the ram lights up . Never posts into BIOS . The PC shuts down after 2-5 seconds of black screen.restarts and loops thru the exact process. what can i do?

Switch to the backup bios.

I'm not sure how applicable this still is:
