Question QLC NVME or TLC SATA?

I have a choice between the $110 Sabrent Rocket m.2 qlc ssd, or the $100 crucial 3d tlc nand sata ssd. Which would be the better drive? The nvme may have better read and write speeds, but tlc is significantly better than qlc.

Is the Sabrent a PCIe 4.0? If so, do you have a relevant motherboard?

What do you plan to use this for?
The sequential speeds are faster, but that does not translate into "5x faster" than a SATA SSD.

General storage. Of course a sata is perfectly fine but if the faster drive is only $10 more why not? I just want to know if its smarter to purchase a sata tlc drive or a qlc nvme drive.
