Qnap ts251 problem

Hi,
I am a newbie when it comes to QNAP.
I am using a TS-251 with Raid 1 setup.

I originally installed 2x 1TB hard drives.
Very basic set-up i.e., I have 1x Storage Pool and 1x volume within this storage pool
My problem is that the second drive in raid 1 array has failed and no in degraded mode, the
second drive is unmounted and does not mount on it's own.

I do not want to fix the existing setup and just want to pull the data off.
What are my options at this point, preferably not on the expensive side; the data is not worth that much?

You should be able to copy all data off the existing drive, either to a PC to to a USB drive connected to the QNAP.
