QNIX QX2710 Evolution II vs. BENQ XL2411Z

I play quite a bit of video games and I want a new monitor. I play games like GTA V and other action games.

My question is, is it worth it to go to 1440p, or stay at 1080p but go to 144hz. Keep in mind, the QX2710 can overclock up to 120hz.

MOBO: MSI GAMING Z97 GAMING 5

If you want better resolution and better colors thanks to ips, then get it.
