QNIX UHD3216R 4K HDCP 2.2 monitor doesn't work with Roku Ultra?

Hey everybody,

I recently bought a QNIX UHD3216R 4K monitor from Newegg. The details are here (https://flash.newegg.com/Product/9SIA4JH4R92713). It claims to have HDCP 2.2.

I want to use this both as a PC monitor and as a TV. I also bought a Roku Ultra to use Netflix with it. Unfortunately, the Roku isn't able to detect HDCP so won't play on the monitor, in 4K or 1080p.

I can't find firmware for the monitor to see if I need to update it (and, as far as I can tell, firmware shouldn't really affect HDCP).

Any suggestions?

Try plugging in the roku in HDMI port1 and the pc in another. HDCP might only be supported on one port.
