For some reason I can't write in here right now forum is messed up. Can anyone explain why would Intel CPU Diagnostic utility will fail on QPI section ?

Solution
Look im not being rude, but to use a diagnostic tool requires at least a working knowledge of the actual processor.

Select tools, click edit, and uncheck qpi test. It will always fail on all i7-5xxxx chips because they do not support the front side bus, and therefore the link is redundant and will fail.

I cant remember fully the i7- feature set, but i doubt pch test or its enum test is supported either. (it might not fail those just report unsupported)

That is really all i can tell you about it from memory, once unchecked you shold be able to run the rest of the tests, once complete at the end of the stress test a pass = chip is working as designed/fail = RMA it.
Here is complete log for this:

Solution

The QPI links on Intel's i-7 series and Xeon E5-1000 series LGA-2011 microprocessors are disabled, they are only enabled in Xeon E5-2000 series and above, as well as Xeon E7 series microprocessors. As such, the test is expected to fail on your microprocessor.
