I bought a bull shittin' celeron g470 for 3500Rs when I went to a tour. But when try to play games it doesn't even play gta iv?!?

I want a quad core processor. But for minimum price. I have pentium e2140 and g470 celeron. I will sell both. Mother board lga 1155. Thnx
