Quadro 4000 2gb or a GTX card for renedring

I'm building mainly a rendering PC / 3D works ... (3d max and autocad)
with ryzen 7 1700 .. is the quadro 4000 2gb good for that kind of stuff or do i get a gtx card

note: if i get a gtx card my budget won't allow more than 1050 ti

For 3dsmax the Quadro will be better,

Well now I'm confused, because a GTX770 (almost IDENTICAL to a GTX1050Ti) vs Quadro 4000 in this video has the GTX770 winning by a lot:

My guess would be the Quadro 4000 is the best card. This is NOT my area of expertise so I was curious to find definitive proof. Not sure what's going on exactly though.
