Question Quadro 4000 not outputing after display driver install

Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 620 desktop and I am trying to install my quadro 4000 graphics card in it, however, when I try to install the Nvidia software and restart, the computer on boot gets to the windows start splash screen and then once it loads the GFX driver the screen blanks. Only one monitor is plugged into the GPU and I have uninstalled all previous graphics drivers on the system.

Its a 450 watt antec unit. I replaced it.
