Quadro 600 and Dual Monitor Problem

I am running a quadro 600 with dual VGA monitors, one with a DP to VGA and the other with DVI to VGA adapters. All booted up fine, both monitors working perfect. After shutting down and restarting later, it only came back with the on the DVI port. I shut down and switched the monitors, rebooted and all was fine again. After shutting down, the same happened again. Both times it was the DP port monitor that wouldn't activate. I am on Windows 10 using the latest drivers. Also it seems it doesn't happen on a reboot. Thank you for any help.

Probably something to do with your vga adapter.
