Quality 120mm Radiator Fans and Radiator

I am planning to build a complete water cooling setup. I have everything else, but I am stuck on what fans to buy, and what Radiator(s) to buy. I have planned to buy an Alphacool NexXxoS Monsta 480x80mm thick rad, and Silverstone AP121's. The components I am going to cool are an i7-3930k, and 1 GTX 690 or if I wait, a 7xx card.

My budget for the fans and radiator(s) are $20 each, and $150 total for the rad. The pump I am using is the Swiftech MCP655. I will be using the EK Acetal + Nickel block for the 690, and the Swiftech Apogee HD for the CPU. Color the the fans dont matter, because I am putting it on the bottom of my TJ-11. The psu will be the Corsair AX860i, by the way...

For fans, try Corsair 120 mm High performance, I have four of those in my system and they have never failed me. For radiators, try the Xtreme editions found on this website: http://www.hwlabs.com/ . You should need one single (120) and two duals (240) radiator for cooling. Try this for cooling: Reservoir-->Pump-->Single Radiator-->CPU Water block-->Dual Radiator-->GPU Water Block-->Second Dual Radiator-->Back to reservoir. Try using a Laing D5 series pump.

The Silverstone AP121's are up there for the best radiator fans on the market, I would stick with them. A better fan would be the Noctua NF-F12, but their aesthetic leaves something to be desired.

Alright, I'll stick with the AP121's, and which is better? The Alphacool 480x80mm thick, or the Xtreme?

That costs a lot more than $150 for the rads. My whole system, watercooling included, now cost $4,100 with only a 480 rad. I could squeeze in an extra 120/240, but I am not too sure if that is needed...

The "Elite" is just a bundle of the Supremacy block and EK's Indigo Xtreme thermal paste.

A 480 would likely be enough to keep the system cool, but you're pretty much at the limit with that hardware. You'd need more rads if you want to push the CPU or GPU at all.

I want to push the 3930k to around 4.6 - 4.8 Ghz area, and the 690 close to 1050 - 1100 MHz zone. How much rads would I need then?

*Update* I just added an extra Blackice GTX Xtreme 120mm rad. My 480 is the Blackice GTX Xtreme 480mm rad

Figure out what TDP those components are going to be pumping out, and compare to what TDP the rads can deal with.

Well, it seems that the rads can handle the temps from the components, but how much extra wattage is an overclocked 3930k to 4.8 GHz and 690 to 1200 MHz output? Can the Corsair 860i handle it?

So, I saw SingularityComputer's new personal computer update video, and saw that he replaced the Noctua NF-F12 with the Noiseblocker PLPS. Is that a good switch?

Water-cooling sticky also has a bit that allows you to estimate CPU wattage under overclocks. Though GPU's is more of a guess.
An 860W PSU is more than enough for that rig, even overclocked.

Havent looked into the Noiseblocker fans myself, have heard good things about the brand though. But I do know that the NF-F12's are widely considered best for radiator usage.
